When Eldorado’s first opened its doors in 1994, it was a bold undertaking for founder and mother Debbie, and her daughter Nebbie, who wanted a fun spot for people to relax and unwind in the community. It was in honor of grandfather Howard Day that Eldorado stands today, with a subtle nod to his love of Cadillac’s in the bar’s decor. As a mother and daughter power duo, they have both brought their vivacious spirits, endless empathy, and strong family loyalty to every aspect of Eldorado. Debbie, who has worked as a model, real estate agent, and raced horses, is truly the life of the party, ensuring guests and staff are happy with her big heart and fast wit. But Nebbie is truly the heart of Eldorado’s, her deep empathy and supportive nature, mixed with a thirst for adventure, keeps the soul of this Columbus hotspot alive. When you visit Eldorado’s, don’t be surprised if you see Debbie and Nebbie around, entertaining and making every patron feel like family.

With so much life experience and a passion for following her dreams, Debbie can’t help but be the life of the party. This, paired with her big heart, witty sense of humor, and livey personality, made her the perfect partner to nurture the vintage and family-like environment of Eldorado’s.
Nebbie has a deep sense of empathy and understanding for others, and always strives to make staff and patrons feel at-home when in her presence. She deeply admires her mom, who has always been her #1 supporter, never complains, and promotes business like a boss!
